Returns and withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract” function in your order (order status page or account), or send a clear statement by e-mail to kontaktezakupypl@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation of receipt.

Send the goods back within 14 days of your statement to: LOVIRA Sp. z o.o., ul. Wspólna 18, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

We refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of their dispatch.

Complaints: you are entitled to the statutory 2-year liability of the seller for non-conformity of goods. Report defects by e-mail; we respond within 14 days.

Model withdrawal form: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for the sale of the following goods: … Order number: … Date of receipt: … Name and address: … Date.”
